ONS Virtual Conference Offers Live and On-Demand Content for Oncology Nurses
PITTSBURGH, PA, July 21, 2021—This September, the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) will host the second annual ONS Bridge™, the premier virtual conference that connects oncology nurses to resources and education covering two themes: care coordination and updates in therapy.
The learning experience provides oncology nurses in direct patient care with expert education, networking opportunities, and access to industry representatives without having to leave home. ONS Bridge will be held live September 9, 14, and 16, 2021, with an on-demand library available through October 14, 2021.
“ONS Bridge gives oncology nurses the opportunity to connect with colleagues from around the world while sharing new ideas and common challenges,” ONS Chief Executive Officer Brenda Nevidjon, MSN, RN, FAAN, said. “Attendees will hear the latest information on topics critical to their clinical practice in our ever-changing cancer care environment.”
At ONS Bridge, oncology nurses will have the opportunity to:
- Earn up to 22 nursing continuing professional development contact hours in sessions led by expert speakers surrounding two themes: care coordination and updates in therapy.
- Interact with peers and industry experts via daily educational sessions and networking opportunities during the live conference dates.
- Learn on their own time with an on-demand library.
